We present the case of a 50-year-old woman with a history of intermittent right upper quadrant pain misdiagnosed as peptic ulcer disease for over five years. Despite treatment with proton pump inhibitors, the symptoms persisted until radiological evaluation revealed diffuse pancreatic calcifications indicative of chronic pancreatitis. This case underscores the diagnostic value of imaging in chronic pancreatitis and highlights the importance of distinguishing it from other gastrointestinal disorders.
