Photo-responsive of small organic molecules in Nano chips

Tremendous progress and researchers to the organic materials such as PMMA, PS, PFS, Ph- BTBT-10, with regarding to their electrical characterization have shown more capability for the production of flexible electronic components. These cases have been done abundantly in different ways, however the innovation in the present work, is finding the reasons for the different response of these materials to the applied electric field and incoming UV- rays with helping the field operators and Transfer-, output- curves, frequency-dependent curves as well as modulation based on Lehmann representation and also the pseudo-particle, the relaxation time has been obtained, in where relaxation time for trapping a carrier, dipole polarization, trap density and surface plasmons are the main issues for present samples responsive.
