Subcapsular liver hematoma（SLH） of the liver is a rare but life- threatening complication of pregnancy. Early prevention ,early identification and multidisciplinary team cooperation management is very important.This paper describes a 37-year-old woman with preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome, who developed a grade III SLH that was managed cesarean section with Laparoscopic removal of subcapsular hematoma.
