Abstract

Angiomyolipoma (AML) is a benign lipomatous tumor with normal hormone levels, with approximately 30 cases reported in the literature(Table 1). We present the case of a notably young patient with a small, asymptomatic adrenal AML. The patient underwent successful laparoscopic resection, and the diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological examination. During the 3-month follow-up period, there was no evidence of AML recurrence.
