Abstract

We report a rare case of a giant endometrioid cystadenoma with mucinous differentiation in a 55-year-old premenopausal woman presenting with abdominal pain. Imaging revealed a huge cystic mass arising from the left adnexa. Laparoscopic left salpingo-oophorectomy was performed. Histopathology confirmed a benign endometrioid cystadenoma with mucinous differentiation. This case highlights the importance of considering rare benign ovarian tumors in the differential diagnosis of large abdominopelvic masses.
