Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Nutrition and Mental Health among College Students in urban India. A biopsychosocial model has been selected to study the intricacies of context and cognition in nutrition. As part of a quantitative exploration, a cross-sectional survey of young adults in Indian colleges was conducted. The correlation between the irregularity of meals and mental health will be tested. The study found that more missed breakfasts correlate to worse mental health outcomes and that food choices are significantly correlated to early meals and better mental health outcomes in the population.
