Abstract

Why do people choose fighting for disagreement, and in wartime for speedy peace and a quiet life for stormy events? In this original theoretical essay, I propose a psychological model based on three fundamental factors of human behavior: strength, intelligence, and cunning. These forces form a dynamic triangle, a structure that governs not only interpersonal conflicts, but also leadership, social development, and education.I suggest you familiarize yourself with the “Triangle of Rivalry”, which explains:Causes of wars and aggression;Division in modern societies; Why do some people strive for power, passion for their work and the improvement of their innovations, and why are they unhappy with each other; How Leaders Rise (and fall) depending on their Dominant Qualities; This model applies to all scales — from children's schooling to global politics — and gives us the opportunity to understand why history keeps repeating itself. This work is a non-academic but deeply analytical essay. It is written for thinkers, researchers and anyone who is interested in human nature — not only statistics, but also structure.
