It is a quantum-dimensional repository of fundamental biological phenomena in every living organism, including disease programs and immune memory. The task of this work is to draw the attention of specialists to the possibility of managing these resources. The development of this direction can dramatically increase efficiency and reduce the cost of treatment and preventive technologies, as well as stop the iatrogenic pandemic.
