The COVID-19 pandemic has raised complex ethical issues across healthcare, education, and research. This narrative review synthesizes the specific ethical issues and targeted recommendations emerging in the post-pandemic context. A systematic search of PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus identified 651 articles; 31 were selected. The analysis addressed research methodology, content, and ethical considerations. The selected studies used diverse methodologies, with 31% using empirical designs and 69% using non-empirical approaches. Thematic analysis revealed a focus on post-COVID-19 implications in health and education, with 40% of the studies addressing medical education, 30% focusing on global and public health, 20% exploring the ethics of technology, and 10% examining policy and research methodology. Ethical issues spanned trainee marginalization, economic pressure on antimicrobial development, data privacy, AI bias, and research ethics. However, key recommendations include enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration, prioritizing ethical considerations and equity, responsible technology integration, strengthening educational practices, and focusing on well-being and resilience.
