Abstract

Background: Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) accounts for approximately 10% of all breast cancers worldwide. This histological subtype exhibits distinct biological and clinical characteristics, including a unique pattern of dissemination, and may rarely involve the gastrointestinal (GI) tract through diffuse infiltration. Case Presentation: We report a rare case of colonic metastasis originating from bilateral breast carcinoma, confirmed to be associated with invasive lobular carcinoma, representing an uncommon manifestation of gastrointestinal involvement. Conclusion: This case underscores the importance of considering metastatic breast carcinoma particularly invasive lobular carcinoma in the differential diagnosis of atypical colorectal lesions.
