Abstract

Diffuse pulmonary meningotelyomatosis is a very rare condition characterized by nodular lesions within the lung parenchyma. Although usually asymptomatic, it may present with nonspecific respiratory symptoms and can be confused with granulomatous diseases of the lung. The definitive diagnosis can only be established by tissue biopsy. In this report, we present our case and discuss it in light of the relevant literature.
