Abstract

Relativistic Weibel instability in a plasma with beam particles having relativistic velocities is considered. The effect on growth of perturbation in amplitude of the wave is investigated in the presence of the relativistic laser pump in a plasma. The time evolution of wave is considered in response to the growth of electric field which in turns causes the growth of the magnetic field and also grows the Weible instability in the presence of a relativistic laser pump in a plasma with relativistic velocity of beam particles. Ambient parameters of the plasma and electron beam playing significant role in the enhancement of growth rate is constrained to saturate by to relativistic effects primarily. The nonlinearity, which arises due to the relativistic velocity of beam particles in the presence of the relativistic laser pump enhances the growth rate of the instability.
