The integration of immersive virtual environments into educational practices has garnered significant attention, particularly inthe realm of sports education, where experiential learning is paramount. Traditional pedagogical approaches often fall short inproviding the dynamic, interactive experiences necessary for comprehensive skill acquisition and cognitive development. Toaddress these limitations, we propose a novel framework that leverages immersive virtual environments to enhance cognitiveeffectiveness in sports education. Our approach encompasses three core components: a formalized representation oflearner states and instructional mappings to model progression dynamics; a Kinetic Curriculum Transition Model (KCTM)that reconfigures educational trajectories into modular, hierarchical frameworks inspired by state-transition systems; and aContextualized Instructional Feedback Engine (CIFE) strategy that integrates domain-specific knowledge and motivationalfactors into pedagogically actionable operations. Empirical evaluations demonstrate that our framework significantly improveslearner engagement, adaptability, and cognitive outcomes compared traditional methods. These findings underscore thepotential of immersive virtual environments to revolutionize sports education by providing scalable, contextually adaptable, andcognitively effective learning experiences.
