Safety and health practices in building construction industry still suffers in ignorance and lack of implementation, this low consideration of safety and health importance caused escalation of accidents rate in construction projects. So that productivity of labor in these industry directly and indirectly have affected by its practices. The main objective of thesis is assessing impact of safety and health practices related to productivity of labor in building construction. The methodology has used to gather information from respondent (client, consultant and contractor) is qualitative and quantitative survey. A questioners distributed to respondent was 61 and turned back that of distributed was 41(67.2%). Techniques have used to analysis data are relative important index (RII) and structural equation model (SEM). The outcome of thesis is based on three factors and twenty-two variables, this are careless RII of 0.945, non-for workload RII of 0.945, lack of commitment RII of 0.933, lack of inspection RII of 0.909, lack of site sign RII of 0.833 and so on. The conclusion of thesis is come to a worker factor have highest rank from factor and from variable is careless operation of worker and left two factors are more related rank to the first one, so it need attention like that. To recommend that for respondents has taken place most focus to worker factor because the two factors are included into and to get better result on productivity of labor.
