Malignant Mixed Mullerian tumor are one of the most aggressive and invasive tumor with both the components of epithelial and mesenchymal commonly present in uterus and also involving other sides like ovaries, pelvic structure, bones, peritoneum or lungs. This case reports mainly focuses on the nature of the tumor and the best medical treatment available for improving the quality of lives.
