The findings, analyzed thematically, reveal that headmasters consider instructional leadership vital for fostering collaboration, shared decision-making, a positive school climate, effective resource utilization, and improved student outcomes. Identified implementation strategies encompass goal setting, the establishment of professional learning communities, and the provision of necessary resources.
