An intramyocardial dissecting hematoma is a rare mechanical complication following acute myocardial infarction, associated with a high mortality rate due to its frequent coexistence with various cardiac complications. We report the case of a 62-year-old male patient with ischemic cardiomyopathy in whom an intramyocardial dissecting hematoma was diagnosed.
