The Hybrid RSA Secure Encryption (HRSE) algorithm represents a novel approach in the domain of cryptographic systems by integrating the robust RSA algorithm with customiz-able cryptographic transformations. This paper introduces HRSE as a versatile cryptographic research platform designed to facilitate experimentation and innovation. HRSE’s unique advantages include extensive customization options, which allow for dynamic permutations, tailored substitution mechanisms, and innovative key management strategies. This flexibility provides a rich environment for educational purposes, enabling students to interactively learn and understand complex cryptographic concepts. Furthermore, HRSE’s adaptability extends to practical applications, making it suitable for securing communications, protecting data, and adapting to evolving security threats. Through a comparative analysis with established cryptosystems such as RSA+AES, HRSE demonstrates its potential to offer greater flexibility and customization. This paper outlines HRSE’s impact on cryptographic research, highlights its contributions to educational tools, and explores its broader applications in various fields. Future work will focus on enhancing HRSE’s capabilities and exploring new applications to address emerging security challenges.
