Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the colorectal region is extremely rare. It is attributed to changes in the pluripotent stem cell milieu secondary to chronic inflammation and external irritation. Synchronous or metachronous appearance of primary eruptive primary SCCs of the skin at an unrelated location in a patient with rectal SCC is exceedingly uncommon with only a few cases available in the literature. Herein, we describe a unique case of primary eruptive SCC developing in the skin overlying a metastatic lymph node in a patient with metastatic rectal SCC.
