Abstract

Iatrogenic vascular injuries, though infrequent, pose significant morbidity risks, particularly in anatomically complex regions such as the cervical and subclavian territories. We present a case of 35 years old female with chronic kidney disease (CKD), and hypertension (HTN), and a history of thyroidectomy who developed a left subclavian pseudoaneurysm following a cervical biopsy. This case underscores the necessity for heightened vigilance and meticulous procedural execution in cervical interventions to prevent catastrophic vascular sequelae
