Generative AI in Business: Visual Illustrations of Applications and Insights from Q1 2025

This paper explores the current applications, benefits, and challenges of generative AI in various business domains, drawing from recent literature and industry reports. This paper presents a comprehensive visual framework for analyzing generative AI applications in business through 14 original diagrams. The framework systematically organizes key findings across four dimensions: value creation, functional impact, implementation roadmaps, and risk management.
