Objectives: It is to understand the processes of problem-solving capacity in the production of care for health professionals and users of the primary and psychosocial care network. Method: The present study will outline the research through the systematic review method carried out between 02/20 and 02/24 from the databases Portal Periódicos CAPES, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO,) PubMED, Cochrane Library and Web of Science, referring to the expanded search for scientific evidence so that in a reproducible, assertive and effective way we can achieve our objective: answer the research question. Results: The literature highlights the importance of assumptions to understand mental health care in primary and psychosocial care. The joint work in the SUS care networks focuses on the needs of patients with psychological suffering. Primary care is effective with territorialization and interdisciplinarity. The care process promotes exchange between professionals and users. Matrix Support improves the quality of care and ensures comprehensive care. Effectiveness must be evaluated, considering the ability to meet demands and user satisfaction, promoting citizenship and autonomy. Conclusion: The text discusses the development and organization of actions among health professionals, highlighting the dialogue between Primary and Psychosocial Care. The systematic review clarifies how these networks work together and validates the active role of users in mental health care. Despite the expected results, the academic production on the problem-solving capacity in specific contexts is still low, suggesting the need for future studies.
