Based on the cosmological principle, Hubble's law, and observational facts such as the current accelerated expansion of the universe as well as the existence of "great walls" and "voids," the universe is studied on large scales. Through calculation, it is shown that the repulsive force between two superclusters is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. This leads to the conclusion that the accelerated expansion of the universe is due to the presence of repulsive forces between superclusters in the current epoch. A complete law of universal gravitation is derived, which quantitatively describes the gravitational behavior between two mass points within a certain distance and the repulsive behavior beyond that distance. The expansion pattern of the universe before its acceleration is calculated. Drawing on Hawking’s concept of mini black holes, it is proposed that the "atoms" of dark matter consist of mini black holes surrounded by orbiting neutrinos.
