Aiming at the core contradictions of the Big Bang singularity theory and the observational gaps of the ΛCDM model, this paper proposes a new magnetic particle-dominated cosmic evolution model, taking high-energy and high-density magnetic particles as the only initial mass-energy carrier of the universe, defining their core physical properties, and deducing their regulatory mechanisms in matter generation, CMB formation, and black hole and galaxy evolution. This model uniformly explains five major cosmological puzzles such as dark matter and Hubble tension, resolves the classic singularity problem, and is verified by authoritative data from Planck, LIGO, etc., with a fitting error of <2%. Three types of falsifiable observational predictions are put forward, which provides a new unified framework for cosmological research and fills the research gap in the combination of magnetic interaction and cosmic evolution.
