AbstractThis paper explores the novel approach of looking at mass and gravity, not as distinct entities, but instead as manifestations of the same underlying energy. By reinterpreting existingphysical laws of general relativity and quantum field theory and linking key formulas forgravitational force, potential energy, kinetic energy, and mass-energy equivalence, wedemonstrate that gravitational interactions and mass motion can be fully described in terms ofenergy. Using the Earth-Moon, Earth-Sun systems and Quantum Experiment as examples,we calculate gravitational forces, potential energy, and kinetic energy, showing their directproportionality to mass-energy. This unified framework simplifies our understanding of gravity, mass, and motion, offering a new perspective on the fundamental nature of energy in theuniverse.Appendix A also introduces a novel mathematical model of how Black Holes form utilizing thelaws of General Relativity and this theory.
