Abstract

The family Aquificaceae comprises thermophilic bacteria. We report the complete genome sequence of Aquificaceae bacterial strain NHSK-567 isolated from Nakabusa hot springs. The genome comprises 1.47 Mb with a 46.1% guanine-cytosine (GC) content.
