Results from OddPub: We did not detect open data. We also did not detect open code. Researchers are encouraged to share open data when possible (see Nature blog).
Results from LimitationRecognizer: We detected the following sentences addressing limitations in the study:Limitation: The most important limitation of our study is that our number of patients and mortality rate are low. However, the study that has the largest number of patients in the literature happens to be our study. Our second limitation is that in our study, we did not separate the age groups of our patients based on decades. If we grouped patients based on their ages, we would probably find different mortality scores depending on the age group. Because in the REMS scoring system, different scores are received from different age groups. Another limitation is that we have not determined the mortality based on the treatment given to our patients. Keeping this factor in mind for other prospective studies on this subject will contribute to the literature.
Results from TrialIdentifier: No clinical trial numbers were referenced.
Results from Barzooka: We did not find any issues relating to the usage of bar graphs.
Results from JetFighter: We did not find any issues relating to colormaps.
