Abstract

This article critiques the uniformizing and disciplinary role of modern school systems in shaping individuals to conform to societal norms, often at the expense of personal development, creativity, and intellectual diversity. It identifies key problems such as students' disconnection from learning, time wastage on irrelevant subjects, societal degeneration through conformity, and brainwashing via rigid hierarchies. Drawing on human nature and examples from evolution, psychology, and real-world systems (e.g., North Korea), the paper argues that current education fosters a "headless" society lacking rationality and character. As a solution, it proposes a transformative education model emphasizing freedoms: compulsory basic courses (mathematics and literature) with electives, connection studies for life integration (e.g., hobbies, arts), and specialized "target institutes" where students pursue interests in project-based, campus-style schools. This system aims to promote individual awareness, discussion, and sustainable societal progress.
