This research examines the implementation of English-Medium Instruction (EMI) in Algerian higher education, focusing on policies, challenges, and outcomes observed at Blida 02 university (LOUNICI ALI). The study analyzes current practices, student perspectives, and pedagogical implications, providing insight into the effectiveness and feasibility of EMI in the Algerian context. The findings aim to contribute to broader discussions on language policy and higher education reform.
