Abstract

This thesis evaluates the effectiveness of online instruction within corporate business training environments. The study examines learner engagement, instructional design practices, and performance outcomes across multiple online training modules. Using qualitative analysis and participant feedback, the research identifies the conditions under which online instruction supports or challenges workplace learning. The findings highlight the importance of instructional design quality, learner support, and organizational readiness when implementing online training in business contexts. This work contributes to the broader understanding of online learning effectiveness and provides practical implications for improving digital training programs in corporate settings.
