Evaluasi Kebijakan Ekonomi Presiden Soekarno: Antara Ambisi Nasional dan Tantangan Global

President Soekarno's economic policies during his tenure in Indonesia reflected high national ambitions to achieve self-reliance and face global challenges. This paper evaluates President Soekarno's economic policies in Indonesia, focusing on his economic policy ideology that combined nationalism and self-reliance. The policies of mega-infrastructure, modernization and economic diplomacy are examined, as well as challenges and criticisms such as economic crisis, inflation, foreign debt and agrarian reform. The strengths and weaknesses of the Soekarno era are also discussed to provide insight. As a lecturer at the University of Indonesia, this paper provides a comprehensive understanding of the impact of Soekarno's economic policies on national development.
