This paper is based on the relationship between sufficient conditions and necessaryconditions of propositional logic. Since the Goldbach conjecture is established, and the primenumber theorem of strong conditions is equivalent to the Riemann hypothesis, the prime numbertheorem of strong conditions and the Riemann hypothesis are established
