Abstract:With the rapid development of hardware technology, the diversity of hardware architecture, the complexity of hardware modules, the increase of real-time functions and power management, as well as self-applicability and flexibility, the development of hardware technology has brought about the complexity of architecture, modules, performance and power management, etc. Traditional test methods cannot cope with such a complex and diverse hardware architecture. Based on the above problems, standard is proposed to combine artificial intelligence and hardware test system. The system can automatically identify key indicators according to hardware characteristics and performance through artificial intelligence model, and adjust the test plan independently, to optimize the test process, improve the test efficiency, and shorten the market cycle of products.Keywords: artificial intelligence, automatically identify, hardware modules, hardware test system
