This article presents a longitudinal technical case report of the author’s own psychometricintelligence assessments, conducted since 2014 by licensed psychologists in Brazil and Portugal.Standardized instruments included the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scales (WAIS-III, WAIS-IV,WASI) and Raven’s Advanced Progressive Matrices, together with complementaryneuropsychological batteries sampling working memory, processing speed, executive functions, and social responsiveness. The consolidated result is a Full Scale IQ of 160 points (SD = 15), withone extrapolated administration reaching 164 points. Performance on Raven APM was consistentwith the 99.9th percentile. External validations include an official RankBrasil record of 188 points(SD = 24) in a specific IQ test, admissions to international high-IQ societies requiring recognizedinstruments, participation in whole-genome studies, neuroimaging research at the University ofCoimbra, and formal recognition of all examinations in Hong Kong. The findings are integrated withpsychometric and neuroscientific literature, addressing practice effects and measurement issues, while outlining a minimum evidence package for public claims about exceptional intelligence.
