The growing use of digital tools in social research has revealed a fundamental tension: while artificial intelligence operates through opaque algorithms and variables that researchers cannot control, sociology requires transparent, reflexive, and discipline-guided processes. SOCIOKAIROS emerges as a response to this tension, proposing a completely different model: an autonomous heuristic engine, not based on AI, capable of assisting in the formulation of scientific problems through explicit sociological rules that are verifiable and controlled by the researcher.SOCIOKAIROS does not use neural networks or probabilistic statistical models. It operates fully offline with a system of Computational Epistemological Canons (CEC) that formalize classical principles of sociological object construction and convert them into heuristic rules applied to the user’s text. This logic avoids ambiguities, clarifies causal mechanisms, selects the appropriate analytical level, and identifies empirically viable indicators without delegating epistemology to external algorithms.Validated across five universities in Spain, Cuba, and Brazil (W = 0.81–0.84), SOCIOKAIROS constitutes a transparent, theoretically grounded tool for research and teaching, also integrable into Moodle through SCORM as a verifiable form of innovation.
