AbstractColor plays a fundamental role in shaping children's emotions, cognition, and behavior. Studies in psychology and environmental design suggest that color can influence mood, attention, learning, and social interactions in children. This review synthesizes research findings on how different colors impact children's emotional well-being, cognitive performance, and behavior in various environments, such as homes, schools, and play areas. The paper also explores cultural and gender differences in color perception and provides recommendations for applying color psychology in child development, education, and environmental design.
