Mental resilience coaching has emerged as a critical intervention for enhancing psychological well-being, yet theoretical integration across diverse approaches remains limited. Current frameworks typically emphasize individual traits, dynamic processes, or contextual factors in isolation, potentially constraining both research synthesis and intervention effectiveness. This theoretical framework paper proposes the BRIDGE model (Building Resilience through Integrated Development, Growth, and Empowerment) as a systematic integration of these approaches. The framework synthesizes six interconnected components: individual foundations, adaptation processes, contextual factors, coaching mechanisms, growth outcomes, and sustainability elements. We present specific testable hypotheses, operationalization strategies, and methodological approaches for empirical validation. The framework aims to provide a foundation for systematic research while offering structured guidance for practice integration. We outline specific validation studies and implementation research needed to test the framework's utility and effectiveness.
