This paper proposes a new conceptual model called the “Thought OS” (Operating System), aiming to redefine the very structure of philosophical thought. A Thought OS is a philosophically operative system: a structured and self-renewing configuration powered by a core belief (FQ), Mindflight Cognition, and Structural Quotient (SQ). It processes meaning, initiates cognitive leaps, and continually reconfigures itself. The author's previous twenty preprints (2025-01 to 2025-20) are reorganized as modules within this OS—each contributing specific functions such as meaning generation, reactive adjustment, structural realignment, memory logging, and transmission. Using concepts like the Thought Hexahedron, structural pressure, and gravitational center discovery, this work demonstrates that philosophy can be designed, implemented, and operated as an active system. Kakushin Structural Theory not only theorizes the Thought OS—it instantiates it. As such, it serves as a future-oriented framework for knowledge production, education, creative collaboration, and intellectual continuity.
