This study examines EDURINO’s phonics game (Mika 2) designed to enhance foundational literacy skills among children aged 4-8. Gameplay analytics revealed significant improvements, including faster letter-sound matching (13%), phoneme recognition (28%), and handwriting accuracy (11%). Children also showed improved phoneme-grapheme association skills (29% speed increase), demonstrating the effective transfer of digital game-acquired skills to real-world literacy tasks. The research employed rigorous data analysis techniques to examine developmental gains in phonemic awareness, memory, and fine motor control. Results support EDURINO’s game-based approach, emphasising the pedagogical value of digital games in strengthening essential literacy and cognitive skills critical for early academic success.
