Abstract

This article explores the effectiveness of the Coaching Circles methodology as a tool for fostering personal development within organisational contexts. Coaching Circles integrate action learning, integral coaching, and collaborative inquiry to empower participants to tackle real-life challenges, enhance self-awareness, and build interpersonal skills. Based on a study grounded in the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, this research indicates positive outcomes in participants' reactions, learning experiences, and behavioural change. The findings support the use of Coaching Circles as a reflective, participatory, and human-centred approach to individual and organisational growth.
