Abstract

This research assesses the efficacy of EDURINO’s early literacy games (Mika 1) in fostering foundational reading and writing skills in children aged 4-8. Data from gameplay revealed notable skill improvements, including enhanced rhyme matching speed (18.18%), fewer errors in word differentiation (23.24%), and significant gains in phonemic awareness (25.11% fewer errors). Additionally, participants demonstrated increased efficiency in syllable identification (5%). Rigorous statistical analysis using gameplay performance metrics underscored EDURINO’s capacity to improve key literacy skills through targeted, engaging content. This evidence-based approach substantiates the effectiveness of game-based learning methodologies, highlighting digital tools' crucial role in developing early literacy skills critical for academic achievement.
