This paper introduces "Temporal Gravity," a novel interdisciplinary theory that proposes stillness, attention, and intention generate an internal gravitational field that slows the subjective experience of time. Drawing from gravitational time dilation in physics and supported by psychological and contemplative science, we argue that mental coherence, focus, and spiritual presence alter temporal perception. This model offers new insights into the Islamic concept of barakah, time expansion in mindfulness, and the neurocognitive basis of lived time. Through theoretical analogies, empirical literature, and spiritual framing, the paper proposes that inner alignment acts as mass-like gravity on consciousness — creating subjective time dilation similar to how massive objects affect physical spacetime.
