Humans now have regular company on planet earth in the form of Artificial intelligence (AI) and robots. Their existence have created a new revolution for human kind. This revolution can create opportunities and challenges for many areas of humanity. With these changes, people are questioning their very existence and abilities. Fundamental to both, is our social presence. Showing up for others gives people the opportunity to lead well and help others to be successful so it is of great important to magnify social presence for all. This rapid review acknowledges the swift and challenging development that AI and robots are having on humankind and presents the original definition, conception, benefits, and potential issues associated with attentional presence. This article will enable communicators to lead others most effectively now and in the future. It covers a thorough review of 3,165 articles from Google Scholar and four databases namely Psyc INFO, Scopus, Psychology & Behavioural Sciences Collection, and ERIC, while using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) within its methodology to assure a valid and reliable rapid review of attentional presence.
