Abstract

Yoga is not a museum. It is a living fire that must be reignited in each generation. In this article, we outline the blueprint for a rejuvenated yoga tradition grounded in two rediscovered ancient lineages: the Yoga of the Inner Light, rooted in phosphene perception and visionary neurophenomenology, and RA Yoga, based on the symmetrical, devotional gestures found in ancient Egyptian reliefs and solar worship. Drawing connections between Egyptian, Persian, and Indian sun traditions, Ra, Ahura Mazda, and Surya, we argue for a fusion of inner vision and outer gesture that restores yoga to its original sacred function: to align the human being with light, presence, and awe. Rather than adding more techniques to an already saturated field, we return to what matters, stillness, symmetry, sensation, and the direct experience of the divine. This is not innovation for its own sake. It is spiritual necessity. And it is not trademarked nor branded!
