This paper presents an original concept of Reason as a form of matter organization, realized through cognitive and creative processes based on resonant and supragenetic structures. The human organism is viewed as a Carrier of Reason, whose quality depends on the harmony of supramolecular bonds within chromosomes. The article analyzes the multifaceted evolutionary process of Reason, encompassing the ontogenesis of the human organism—from conception to the formation of complex neural networks and the creation of Artificial Reason systems. Special attention is given to the interrelationship between genetic mechanisms, the development of consciousness, and the role of religious traditions as factors structuring subconscious processes and shaping cultural identity.A central argument is the interpretation of wars and migrations as a natural mechanism for the evolutionary renewal of spirituality and rationality—through genotype reassortment, compensation for supragenetic losses, and the restoration of emotional resonance. Four key stages of transition from natural to artificial intelligence are identified, revealing how the integration of biological, cultural, and religious components contributes to the progressive evolution of human thought. The paper proposes a re-evaluation of the role of war and discusses possibilities for a scientific transition to peaceful methods of renewing human quality. In conclusion, the prospective emergence of Artificial Reason is examined as the next stage in the evolution of Reason for effective adaptation to civilizational challenges and the achievement of harmony in the material world in accordance with the principles of Absolute Reason.
