It highlights how sensory habits relate to anxiety and how physical activity supports mental health. Drawing on psychological and sociocultural perspectives, the article emphasizes the importance of designing environments that consider human bodily and mental needs. The study suggests creating quieter, mindful spaces in urban, educational, and sports settings to enhance emotional well-being and self-awareness.
