Abstract

Dynamic Universal Time Physics (DUTP) proposes a foundational redefinition oftime as a scalar field that evolves uniformly and independently of matter or motion. This universal time field governs frame-based evolution and is distinct from local timedistortions caused by gravity, motion, photon delay, and quantum decoherence. Wedemonstrate the theory’s consistency and predictiveness through updated equations, experimental comparison with attosecond entanglement data, and mathematical rigor.DUTP offers a generalization beyond relativity, preserving its successes while resolvingtemporal asymmetry, coherence decay, and the limits of spacetime-based models
