This analysis demonstrates a profound synergy between the 1/E^2 quantum suppression framework and the entropic gravity formalism proposed by Carney et al. We establish that both approaches fundamentally rely on entropy maximization principles, derive unified Lindblad operators combining suppression and entropic terms, and predict experimentally verifiable signatures in gravitational wave detectors and quantum measurement systems. The synthesis reveals a novel energy-dependent decoherence mechanism scaling as Gamma ~ G_N m^2 E^2 / T^3 that could resolve the black hole information paradox. Critical corrections to the suppression scale E0 are implemented, anchoring it to Planckian thermodynamics rather than test mass parameters.
