Abstract

We present eFROL v5.0, a fully fleshed-out, four-dimensional fractal–resonance framework unifying physical reality and subjective experience. Building on the original FROL proposal, we:• Define a concrete multifractal measure μeFROL on an abstract space H.• Formulate a generalized Lagrangian with variable-order Caputo derivatives andnonlocal resonance kernels.• Derive the limiting cases of General Relativity and Standard Model gaugedynamics.• Develop scalable numerical schemes for simulation on fractal graphs.• Enumerate detailed, testable predictions in cosmology, quantum optics, andcognitive science.• Extend the theory of experience patterns via integrated information measures.• Discuss computational and conceptual open challenges.
