Abstract

This work presents a flexible, entropy-aware feedback control mechanism designed to dynamicallyscale a system’s response to uncertainty. Grounded in information theory, the methoduses entropy as a proxy for disorder and its inverse as a measure of context sensitivity or “awareness.”The model provides a tunable amplification function to guide behavior in probabilistic, decentralized systems. Though demonstrated using Shannon entropy, the framework supportsalternative entropy forms—including R´enyi and Tsallis entropy—allowing adaptation to domain-specificdynamics. A real-time nucleotide simulation showcases the control mechanism operatingin a minimal environment. *patent pending*
